CERTIFIED MILLWRIGHT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Routine duties relating to the demand and preventative work order system
- Equipment rebuilding
- Metal fabrication
- Hydraulic system troubleshooting
- Involvement in shutdown planning & Contractor Supervision
- Some shift work and overtime will be required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hold an Interprovincial Journeyman Millwright certificate
- Welding Certification or experience would be an asset
- Vibration Analysis Certificate or experience would be an asset
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Experience with wood processing & BCTMP pulp mill equipment would be an asset
- Grade XII or GED
- 3rd & 4th year Apprentices will be considered
