This will include assisting with fire detection, enforcement, education, engineering, pre-suppression, and suppression activities. Additionally, you will be coordinating fire situation communication and planning, issuing fire permits, investigating fire causes, completing hazard assessments, enforcing legislation, supervising seasonal fire fighters, participating in FireSmart community projects and maintaining Wildfire Management facilities such as lookout towers. Your formal education will assist you in this position but it will be your passion to grow and excel in the field and with our organization that will see you truly succeed.

This is a field-oriented position involving extended work shifts for Wildfire Pre-Suppression and Suppression Operations.
