WOODLANDS OFFICE ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for a bright, energetic, hard-working individual to join our administrative team.  This full-time, permanent position is expected to have a specific focus in our woodlands department, as well as other duties as requested.Ideally the successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • High School Diploma (post secondary experience would be an asset)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated history of a strong work ethic
  • Quick learner and flexible to pick up different duties as needed
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work highly confidential information
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, and general computer aptitude
  • Accounting experience would be considered an asset
