ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Electrical Supervisor will be a key player in a company-wide continuous improvement effort through daily use of troubleshooting, predictive and preventative maintenance strategies. As a member of this high performing team you will be responsible for managing an electrical team as well as all machinery and duties including:

  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Ensure consistent operations of all electrical equipment
  • Verification and documentation of repairs

Our ideal Electrician Supervisor candidate possesses:

  • Several years of experience as an electrician
  • Experience managing people
  • A valid journeyman or inter-provincial certification is required
  • Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic knowledge and aptitude
  • Experience in an industrial environment with VFDs, PLCs, MCCs, HMIs
  • Experience with Delta RMC motion control
  • Strong organizational, and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
