Millar Western Forest Products Ltd., Whitecourt Pulp Division is currently seeking a Maintenance Support Coordinator. Responsibilities will include: assisting multiple departments with SAP data management and preventative maintenance work orders; maintaining files, drawings and documents; and developing and maintaining training manuals.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years’ experience in an industrial maintenance environment and will have excellent communication skills, Microsoft Office experience, Document Management System Software (M-files) and SAP system knowledge. He or she must have a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor, be extremely organized to function in this multi-task role and should be willing to take the initiative to grow with this position. Understanding of engineering drawings & systems, document management experience, drafting & AutoCAD experience will be considered assets. A valid Class 5 driver’s license is required.
