Weyerhaeuser Company in Drayton Valley is currently seeking two Summer Students. The Summer Student program will run from approximately May to August 2018.
Qualifications
- Must be full-time University student who have successfully completed the previous school year at an accredited University AND are registered full-time for the next year of studies
- Must be able and willing to work within safe work practices
- Must have maintained a minimum 60% average in your courses for the previous semester
- Students must provide an official transcript to prove that you have completed the previous year as a full-time student. Proof of enrollment in the next full-time academic year will also be required
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors and perform repetitive and demanding work
- Able and willing to work in changing weather conditions
- Safely operate small machinery and follow safety procedures
