Awarded to Alberta residents with superior academic achievement transferring into the second or third year of an undergraduate degree program in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences who are enrolled in one or more agriculture or human ecology courses. Recipients will be selected on the basis of leadership qualities as demonstrated by community involvement and extracurricular activities. Preference will be given to students from rural Alberta farming families.
